BZS Foam Rebonding Machine

BZS is designed to mix crushed foam flocks with glue, then produce shaped foam blocks of required density and size via the hydraulic pressing system. it realizes a complete continuous production line covering stirring, mixing, pressing and forming, ensuring high production efficiency.

It is also fitted with automatic door opening, mold positioning and steam processing systems, suitable for high-density foam flock mixing and pressure shaping operations.

It supports the production of foam with density up to 1500, and is configured with large drum capacity and enhanced structural components for industrial applications. The newly developed automatic zone device mold can increase productivity by 5 times.

BZS-F1

LARGE-CAPACITY MIXING TANK

EWith a 10 m³ large-volume design and a stable rotation speed of 28 r/min, it can fully mix a large amount of sponge scraps and glue at one time, improving single-batch production efficiency.

BZS-F2

RAIL-TYPE MOLD MOVEMENT

Adopting heavy-duty rails and hydraulic drive, the mold moves smoothly without deviation, reducing manual handling intensity and improving production safety.

HIGH-PRECISION WEIGHING SYSTEM(BZS-3 ONLY)

Equipped with a high-precision electronic scale, it accurately controls raw material proportioning to ensure uniform density of sponge in each batch.

BZS-F4

STEAM SYSTEM (BZS-2/3/4 ONLY)

Closed steam heating process ensures deep fusion of glue and sponge particles, producing firm, delamination-resistant sponge. Its closed-loop design recovers waste heat for eco-friendly and energy-efficient operation.
