Q: What are the standard widths and thicknesses of the mattress packing film?
A: Standard widths: 900mm/1200mm/1500mm/1800mm; standard thicknesses: 25μm/30μm/35μm/40μm. 30μm and 35μm are the most cost-effective, suitable for most scenarios.
Q: Can the roll length be adjusted to match our packaging machine's speed?
A: Standard roll lengths: 1000m/1500m/2000m, and can be flexibly adjusted based on the machine's unwinding speed and production rhythm.
Q: What are the tensile strength and elongation at break of the film?
A: For the regular 30μm film: MD tensile strength ≥20MPa, TD tensile strength ≥18MPa; MD elongation at break ≥500%, TD ≥450%.
Q: Will the film stick to the mattress fabric during compression and cause damage?
A: The film can be easily peeled off when unpacked, without snags, fuzzing or any fabric damage.
