Q: What are the regular roll lengths? Can custom lengths be made to reduce production waste?
A: Regular lengths: 100m/roll, 200m/roll. Custom lengths (e.g. 50m/roll, 300m/roll) are available.
Q: Are there different grammage options?
A: Yes, 80-300g/㎡ full range. Grammage correlates with tensile strength and softness.
Q: What raw materials are used for the tape?
A: Core materials: polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), polyester-cotton blend. All high-grade virgin materials, no recycled materials added.
Q: What is the color fastness of the tape?
A: High-temperature dyed with reactive disperse dyes, color-fixed. Dry crocking ≥4-5 grade, wet crocking ≥4 grade, washing fastness (40℃) ≥4 grade, light fastness ≥4 grade.
